Standard reservation cancellation
A standard reservation is typically held by a deposit of an amount equal to the first night of the stay. Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before check-in time (15:00 local time). Standard reservations cancelled within 48 hours before check-in time are charged for the first night of the stay, including VAT, excluding city tax. Refunds are initiated as soon as possible, and within 5 business days.

Non-refundable reservation cancellation
A non-refundable reservation is available at a reduced price compared to the standard reservation, however cancelling such a reservation comes with absolutely no refund, the entire stay will be charged, including VAT, excluding city tax.
